Form Teachers
First Line of Care 
  • Lead weekly CARE Sessions focused on well-being and emotional literacy
  • Offer day-to-day support and early intervention
  • Build trust and provide consistent encouragement
Grade Level Heads (GLHs)
Providing Structure
  • Oversee student development across academic, behavioural, and emotional areas
  • Coordinate closely with Form Teachers and the Guidance Team
  • Monitor progress, support decision-making, and engage with families
