Online University Exploration Series⁣

Due to the pandemic, our annual University Fair went online this year! The fair, which ran for an entire week from 19th – 23rd October 2020 was the result of our Guidance and Counselling (GC) Office’s collaboration with the Network of Indonesian School Counsellors and CIALFO (a Singapore-based college admission start-up).

The fair consisted of two (2) types of highlights i.e. Keynote Sessions and Virtual Booth Visits. At the Keynote Sessions, different universities presented on a variety of topics pertinent to tertiary education and during their Virtual Booth Visits, guests (students and parents) had the opportunity to meet with the advisors and representatives from the various universities to ask questions on university admissions and other related concerns.

A total of 5 Keynote Sessions were available to our students and more than a hundred universities participated at this event. As part of our evaluation process, the GC Office rolled out a survey for our students to submit. The survey was completed anonymously. We are delighted to receive such positive comments and feedback below:

“I liked how elaborate the explanations were and how there were many universities from different countries participating.”

“I have a lot of university choices and a lot of information from how to register to how we live in the country of our choice.”
