Principal’s Message
BINA NUSANTARA (BINUS) celebrated its 40th Anniversary this July 2021. We are proud of the many accolades and milestones BINUS has achieved. It is a great pleasure to welcome you to our Home for Learning as one of the Schools in the BINUS Family.
Now on its 8th year, BINUS SCHOOL Bekasi continues to provide quality education as well as various programmes that enhances the skill sets of our students as well as our teachers. We work together stronger, students, parents, and teachers for the interest of our students and the community. We aspire to live out our Vision to, “Foster and Empower Society in building and serving the nation.” And we do this one student, one teacher, one staff at a time. Our main goal is to produce individuals who are good citizens of Indonesia and this world, through the education delivered by our highly qualified and passionate teaching staff.
Our curriculum, a mix of International and National curricula is a good balance to what the students need to prepare them for the real world. We want them to be both International minded as well as strongly rooted to the National expectations and culture. Our students get the best of both worlds. Along with our world – class facilities, BINUS SCHOOL Bekasi is surely the best choice for your child.
The process of teaching and learning are given much importance here in BINUS SCHOOL Bekasi. We believe that when students understand what they are learning and why they are learning it, they stand to get the best results. We also value and acknowledge students’ different interests, which is why we encourage them to participate in competitions and different International and National forums. In exposing them to these, they become more confident, grounded and gain knowledge and skills that can only be learned by experience.
Lastly, as part of our Character Education programmes, apart from Religion classes, we also have fellowships where our students are able to apply what they learn and practice their respective beliefs. We truly put importance in this as we want our students to be strong in faith as this will guide them in their adult lives. In our assemblies, we equip our students with skills on how to become better citizens of their home and their class by being more independent, responsible and respectful. We want our students to be open – minded, accepting of diversity and differences as well as to value themselves and others. In doing so, we hope our students will be able to lead and make the difference we so need in the future.
We can’t wait to see you and your child in our Home for Learning!
