EARLY YEARS & PRIMARY
Age Qualification
For Early Years Level
- EY 1: Must have turned 3 years of age by 31 December 2025 and must be toilet-trained.
- EY 2: Must have turned 4 years of age by 31 December 2025 and must be toilet-trained.
- EY 3: Must have turned 5 years of age by 31 December 2025 and must be toilet-trained.
For Primary Level
- Grade 1: Must have turned 6 years of age by 31 December 2025.
- Grade 2: Must have turned 7 years of age by 31 December 2025.
- Grade 3: Must have turned 8 years of age by 31 December 2025.
- Grade 4: Must have turned 9 years of age by 31 December 2025.
- Grade 5: Must have turned 10 years of age by 31 December 2025.
Indonesian Students:
- Child’s Recent Photo
- Birth Certificate
- Family card signed by Dukcapil
- Father’s & Mother’s/ guardian’s ID Card
Expatriate Students:
- Child’s Recent Photo
- Birth Certificate
- Child’s, Father’s & Mother’s/ guardian’s Passport & KITAS
Additional Documents:
- Candidate’s report card/ progress report from previous level of education with status “Progress”. (Min 3 years before – English/ Indonesian Version)
SECONDARY
Age Qualification
- Grade 7: Must have turned 12 years of age by 31 December 2025 and must graduate from the previous grade.
- Grade 8: Must have turned 13 years of age by 31 December 2025 and must graduate from the previous grade.
- Grade 9: Must have turned 14 years of age by 31 December 2025 and must graduate from the previous grade.
- Grade 10: Must have turned 15 years of age by 31 December 2025 and must graduate from the previous grade.
- Grade 11: Must have turned 16 years of age by 31 December 2025 and must graduate from the previous grade.
Indonesian Students:
- Child’s Recent photo (white background with well-groomed hair and ears clearly visible)
- Birth Certificate
- Family card signed by Dukcapil

Expatriate Students:
