UNIVERSAL CHILDREN’S DAY

Our ECY/EL community celebrated Universal Children’s Day which culminated at our Division Assemblies on Friday, 20th November 2020. The theme of this year’s celebration was simply, Mission I’m Possible! which was also a rally call to all our young learners to remember that they are unique and talented in their own ways and that they can be strong and resilient in the face of challenges.

Throughout the week, our students were given bite-sized “missions” which were especially crafted to drive home the message and theme of this special annual celebrations. Our students led the week-long celebrations with their thank you notes and heartfelt messages for their parents to express their appreciation and gratitude. Next, came their surprise uplifting messages for their friends in School. It was so touching to see how much they miss their friends since the pandemic struck when all the students started learning from home since March this year.

During the week, our students also dazzled their friends and teachers with their talents. From singing to dancing to music recitals, it is evident that BINUS SCHOOL Bekasi is home to multi-talented children!

At the culmination assembly, our parents joined in the fun too and shared with the students a dance number while our teachers sang in honour of our bright stars of the day!
