Early Years & Primary Students at BINUS SCHOOL Bekasi Marked A New Journey through Class Party 2024

Learning time for Early Years and Primary students does not stop after exam week. Instead, the students will embrace their new journey by moving to upper grades. BINUS SCHOOL Bekasi understands that it is a crucial moment of transition for each of our students.
Therefore, to help them bid farewell to their fellow classmates and keep them excited about what the future holds for them, we allow them to enjoy the moment through a Class Party.
Celebrating Their Educational Journey
Each year, our Early Years and Primary school students accomplish their academic responsibilities with the help of their parents, classroom mates, and teachers. At the end of the school year, they eventually progress to the next grade, leaving plenty of memories to help them push through the next and create another remarkable journey.
Between the moment after the exam and right before the term break, our Early Years and Primary students celebrated their past learning through the Class Party. This event is also meant to find harmony between education and pleasure in their early school lives.
However, we do not neglect our commitment to make each activity and programme for our students valuable for a long time. Hence, the activities we suggest having during the class party also involve activities that encourage our little students’ skills development amusingly and pleasantly.
Over and above, our Class Party for Early Years and Primary students is a celebration of a fun learning adventure till the end.
Opportunities in Learning During Class Party
The preparation and activities might not look like it, but The Class Party offered plenty of learning opportunities. For instance, when decorating the classroom, they could explore a broader range of colours, materials, patterns, shapes, and textures. This is also a great method to help them accept different traditions or cultures and develop their imagination.
Different Class, Different Themes
In general, the Class Party for our Early Years and Primary students at BINUS SCHOOL Bekasi consisted of simple activities, including decorating the classrooms, eating together, playing games, and watching movies. Although the general activities were similar, each class presented a unique vibe according to their chosen theme.
The fun part of the Class Party lies in the theme that the classes choose. The theme will determine various elements of the Class Party, from the costume or attire that both our students and teachers wear during the event to the classroom decoration. Moreover, it will also affect other activities in which they will participate together.
For example, this year, we had a class with a Harry Potter theme, another had a pyjama party concept, and another one went with a Hollywood theme. Correspondingly, the students wore thematic costumes, enjoyed the classrooms’ unique decorations, and explored diverse kinds of snack, food, and beverage menus that went with their theme.
Our young Binusians also played and joined in various games and movie-watching that fit their class level and class party’s theme. The Class Party day was a blissful closure for their past year’s journey at BINUS SCHOOL Bekasi!
Memories in The Making
Organising a Class Party is not a simple task to do; there are plenty of chores in the making and after the event. That’s the reason why we put effort into executing the details. Through the activities during The Class Party, we still wanted to integrate the fun learning method.
Above the joy and fun at The Class Party, the event accommodated our adorable Early Years and Primary students to delve into academic aspects, while building a better understanding of diversity. It was also an opportunity to stimulate their eagerness to volunteerism in a relaxed atmosphere.
The Class Party is a way for BINUS SCHOOL Bekasi to demonstrate our mission of fostering a strong and close-knit community. While having fun with their classmates and teachers, students also fondly remembered their early learning years and built strong and long-lasting connections.
