Normandy International Youth Leadership Summit (NIYLS)

Despite the pandemic and the restrictions in travel, four (4) of our HS10 Students are joining the Normandy International Youth Leadership Summit which runs from 1 st – 3 rd December 2020.

Our School’s delegation is made up of the following members:

Sandryna Alivia Lubis (HS11B)

The summit organized by Institution Saint Joseph is conducted online this year and will gather over ninety (90) student leaders from Europe (Belgium, Finland, Italy, Norway, Sweden, The Netherlands), Asia (Turkey, India, Indonesia), South America (Costa Rica), Africa (Sénégal, South Africa) and North America (United States of America).

At the Summit, the students will participate in three workshops that will allow them to study current events. They will also have an 5 opportunity to explore, discuss, and present solutions to problems facing the world today. It is hoped that events like this will help give our students hands-on experiences at being global citizens who are ready to champion compassionate leadership in future.
