Family Sports Day 2022

BINUS SCHOOL Bekasi celebrated the Family Sports Day on Saturday, 12 March 2022, with the theme: Groove to the Beat, Be Fit! The event started with 4 challenges varying from student to house challenges with the total of 33 challenges competed from 25^th February – 8^th March 2022. All members of the community, including students, teachers, staff, and parents took part enthusiastically which led to more than 1300 video entries received.

After two years in hiatus due to Covid-19 pandemic, the saga continues in the quest to bag the most coveted trophy. The four houses were once again assembled – House of Trust – Blue Dragons, House of Fairplay – Orange Tigers, House of Teamwork – Red Wolves, and House of Respect – Yellow Cheetahs. Everyone succeeded the fun and exciting challenges such as sporty outfit, speed bounce, ball juggling, house cheers, and lively family dance.

The celebration was opened by the School Principal, Ms. Karah and was graced by Mr. Michael Hadipoespito, President of BINUS School Education and Mr. Francis Budiharja Santoso, Vice President of BINUS School Education. It’s continued with warm up led by Aurel and Tasya and fitness jam led by PE teachers. Door prizes and performance collaboration added the excitement of the event. The House of Teamwork – Red Wolves emerged as the Champion of this year’s Family Sports Day.

The event was a success, thanks to the spirit of teamwork, sportsmanship, and camaraderie by every BINUSIAN. See you all in the next one!
